This is our first Kia and unfortunately the experience is disappointing thus far. When we went to collect the Kia Picanto recently the front seats were stained and there appeared to be pen marks on the head lining. Furthermore all four doors had been "keyed" and required painting.The salesman was very apologetic and accepted the car fell far short of how a car should be presented for selling. So we lost the car for a week to rectify the aforementioned deficiencies. When collecting, whilst the doors had all been painted, it was evident that the interior had not received a full valet. I explained to the salesman that no attempt had been made on the marks on the headlining, he duly brought the valeter to the vehicle who went into detail explaining his efforts in removing the marks.I was then informed by the salesman the everything that could be done had now been done. In essence I took the vehicle home, a damp soapy cloth and within 5 minutes the marks were removed. I would have been happier if they had just said they had forgotten, I really hate being lied to. I now have to get heavy staining out of the rear footwells. Not impressed Kia, I dont have confidence in returning the vehicle for repairs, servicing etc and would struggle to recommend you to friends and family. The main family car is a BMW, we change this regularly and don't hesitate to use Westerly for routine maintence due to the quality of their aftersales service. Wish I could say the same for Exeter Kia.

We have recently purchased a Kia Sportage for my wife, the service we received was 2nd to none.Both Simon in sales to Mike in service gave a very professional service and made us feel very welcome, my son also purchased a Sportage and received the same level of excellent service.

I have call this dealership and was told they where busy and someone would call me back and no one did ! then called again and after being on hold for 9 minutes I was cut off, Just a very disappointing experience indeed.

Staff were happy to show me around the cars only thing that let them down was he said there was no discount on the rrp after going online and spoke to a different salesman he price matched and I bought the car from them. Every thing went well buying the car and will buy from again.
