Experienced problems with their dishwashers within 6 months of installation - despite using all the recommended products and cleaning regimes. After an engineer eventually attended he 'serviced' all three only to vanish without producing a report and the fault still existing. We managed to re-book an engineer but the date has constantly been put back and the issues are still unresolved. Not impressed with the customer service levels.
