I had a great experience with one very helpful Polish lady in the flooring or kitchen department only for it to turn sour. I spent a few hundred on flooring and needed a cab but battery had gone on my phone and they were closing. The manager would have put a mother and my six yours old out in the dark cold retail park with no way to call a cab and with 10 boxes of flooring. Had I not refused to leave store without a cab book I would have been in serious trouble!!! Disappointing way to treat customers!! Let alone the safety aspects of the situation!!! I was taken back with the lack of empathy and consideration. They happily took my money though!!

Long queues, no help from staff, all i needed was a drill bit but had to wait for almost half hr for someone to turn up

Love shopping here for my diy projects. Primarily I love the convenience the free car park and the friendly and helpful staff. I was disappointed with the plant selection. Very limited options for the garden. I love the good selection of home accessories and the indoor kitchen design service. The prices are reasonable.

Do not go. Honestly don't go there at all if you need any help from the staff. No contactless payments either.

Appalling customer service. 6 standing around having a chat today. Actually tutted when I asked where I would find something. Off to Homebase I think! I wish I got paid to stand around and be useless!
