I was an insane bride and booked into 16 dress shops. Mia Sposa was the second one I went to and really I should have stopped my search. They were absolutely fantastic. The service was outstanding. I didn't feel. Time pressure like you do in other shops, they didn't limit me to how many dresses I tried on and I was fully encouraged to look at all dresses they had on offer. The were warm and friendly and really knowledgeable. I fell in love with two dresses, but waved goodbye as I had another 14 dress shops to explore! They said no worries, see you next week when you come to buy your dress. That is exactly what I did. I felt so beautiful on the day. It had been tailored to fit me to perfection and it showed off my personality. I was over the moon with this team from day one. Thank you xxxx Sarah

Great customer service from start to finish at fair prices. Jean is a lovely person and made me feel very comfortable, she went above and beyond in helping with colour coordination and then the preparation of our waist coats.

went with a friend didn't like the atmosphere, attitude and the way the staff are pushy with their opinion it's as almost they forget it's not their wedding
