My daughter and her friend went in today because I told my daughter to try on some shoes for me because we are the same shoe size and I have broken a rib so I couldn't come. They have just come home in Tears telling me that one of your workers shouted at them and told them that there were some "serious shoppers" and basically kicked them out. I am fuming because it's their first time going out and that is not the way to treat any child especially 11 year olds. There are lots more river islands in other places that have nice service and we will tell all of our friends not to shop here and tell them to spread the word. Honestly I think all people will avoid a shop that treat children like that. I hope my child and her friend will stop crying soon because they are literally sobbing away because they love the local river island but now they would much prefer to drive a little longer to kind people

Absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Especially 2 lovely ladies who helped sooo much - Trisha and Leah (not sure abt spelling). I would definitely come back there again. 😉
