Had a great experience dealing with the guys at Soundstage. I had seen their premises in Cockfosters and decided to contact them in order to sort out a replacement for my ancient TV surround cinema system. My first point of call was with Edgars, who listened attentively and suggested a system which fitted my requirements and budget to perfection, having arranged for an engineer Carl to visit. I was invited to visited them in order to go over the suggested system, where I met Dean, who helped me choose an amazing DVD player. The system was fitted superbly by Carl, who was incredibly tidy, despite all the packaging the items arrived in, which he cleared up and took with him to dispose of. He also dealt with my questions regarding the system, as he worked and was most pleasant. I adore the system they recommended and fitted, making viewing all the better enhanced with the superb sound I now have. I would thoroughly recommend Soundstage to anyone thinking of purchasing a sound or cinema system.

If I could give them 6 or even 10 stars I would. First class customer service by a first class team, supplying excellent products. Thanks to Dean, Alex and their colleagues at Soundstage. What more could I ask? What more can I say? Very highly recommended.

I've bought a number of very good quality hifi items from Dean, Ed and the rest of the team at Soundstage. The level of service is unstintingly helpful. Demo slots (sometimes multiple!) are always welcomed and as a customer you are given sufficient guidance to point you in a direction. Ultimately though, it is about what sounds good to you, not the people who are selling. Their events are always worth attending. A friendly place and enjoyable place to spend time, when so many of their competitors can be intimidating. Plus they've got great taste in music too!

Unrivalled shopping experience from Dean. No sales pressure and solely concerned with making sure that we walked out of the shop with what we needed and not what would maximise his sales. Very patient and knowledgeable. A long term customer in the making.
