I went there early one morning to purchase some bakery items which I couldn't find, I asked a staff member. They made sure I left the store will all the items I went in to purchase. Very efficient.
  
Very reasonable prices, friendly staff, stock a vast array of items despite being a small/med size store, and they open very early till very late even on Sunday's

It should be open until 11pm but at 10:55 the door is closed. I've pointed out it that the store closed at 11pm and the staff said it doesn't matter in a very aggressive way

Food is decent quality. Lengthy queues at the till can be annoying. My main problem is on 2 occasions staff have short-changed me, and been surly when I pointed it out. Hopefully just an error.

I'd rather walk to Sainsbury's or Tesco because even though it's a 15 - 20 min walk..it's still faster than the service I receive from Co-op which is 1 min away. I waited 30 min in line at the tilt. There were only 2 members of staff at the tilt but one of them spent probably 30 min with a customer because of some issue. Most of the time there is no one at the tilt and if you call them, they don't seam to care.
