Service not always perfect but staff have a good heart, and do try their best to help when asked. There are times when they could do with more staff.

I like this shop because I can order everything online and when I go to shop to collect my item I don't have to wait in queue I can use machine- quick and easy. Few minutes and it's ready. Perfect. One thing- there is no enough chairs - for people who need to sit.

A lot of stuff out of stock, tablets not working, huge queues to pay and very few staff so you find yourself waiting ages, after queuing up to pay, for your order to be handed to you. One lady at Fast Track was waiting over 15 minutes to even be seen by a member of staff. Very poorly organised.
