Lovely little convenient marks.and.spencer. 
The petrol is not cheap but I can say it is.resonably priced.
The staff is helpfull most of the time and.the shelves are.well stocked. Sometimes.is quite buzy and the queues move slow.

I simply asked if the customer toilets were open... Staff told me they don't know then turned his back on me and walked away, I then asked if I could speak to the manager and the same staff member told me he was counting money and again turned his back on me to walk away! He then asked another member of staff if the toilets are open and she stated they are out of order.
Logically a sign would have been a simply way to inform customers...staff are rude with too much attitude!!!
If you can't handle a job role in customer service then your staff are clearly in the wrong job! #Fail

Nice petrol station and mini supermarket. Not the cheapest, but convenient for M25.
