Large pet store with vet on the second floor, usually came here when I want to weight my dog and buy some treats. There is a nice park, with river and goose, open green field next to it.

Not only did they have a fantastic selection of products available for all kinds of pets, but they also had an on-site veterinary clinic that offered top-notch care for my furry friend.nnThe customer service was truly outstanding, with the staff being incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my concerns and offered expert advice on the best products and treatments for my pet's needs.nnIn addition to the excellent customer service, there was also plenty of parking available right outside the store, making my shopping experience even more convenient.nnWhat sets this store apart from others is their on-site veterinary clinic. The vets were highly skilled and experienced, providing my pet with the best possible care. I have never been so disappointed of the groom room in pets at home. I’ve been using them for 6 years since I first got my dog. I’ve booked appointment for my dog maybe a month ago and I was supposed to go on a Saturday. I received a what’s up message saying that they have to cancel my appointment because there’s no-one that can take us. My appointment was rescheduled for this Wednesday and cancelled again last week. Yesterday I received another message confirming my Wednesday appointment. Early today i opened my phone seeing another message that says ,,we have to cancel your appointment because there’s no staff! I understand they have problem with finding people and I’ve tried contacting them more than 24 times with no answer! I can’t keep taking days off work and going backwards and forwards without knowing what’s gonna come next!!! At least answer the phones and explain!!!

Amazing well-equipped store, amazing customer service! 6 weeks ago we bought a cute Syrian hamster after a long conversation with Chloe shop assistant who was brilliant! She was knowledgeable, kind, not pushy, and she answered all our questions. She advised us on an appropriate cage, and other things hamster needed and another assistant even set up the cage for us. We are very happy with the hamster and we can highly recommend Pets At Home at Friern Barnet.
