I was given a voucher as a gift. We had a table booked for 6pm. I called and asked if instead of a table for 2 could we make it 3. I was told no as all tables were booked. There were 4 empty tables throughout our meal. Needless to say I was not happy. The meal was edible but straw potatoes?? The best part of our dining experience was the music

Had an overnight here with my husband went with my sister and her hubby who stayed for 3 nights. Lovely hotel with lovely staff. We were greeted by a lovely Spanish lady who was lovely. Our room was on top floor and my sister's was in the basement. Both rooms were ideal, very clean and comfortable. Hotel 10 minute walk to tram, 5 minutes to playhouse so good location. Breakfast was very nice and the young girl serving us was kept very busy as a lot of guests arrived at the same time but she was great and handled us all without any fuss or confusion....well done. I would definately recommend giving the hotel a try.

The service at No11 Brasserie was excellent, as ever. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and exactly the right amount to be filling but not too much. We were greeted by friendly front-of-house staff who took our coats and made us feel very welcome. 

Overall it was a great evening spent there, and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I wish i didnt have to write this review.
But people need to be aware of where they chose to stay.
I had staff missing while i stayed to this place. I know 100% it was stolen by hotel staff as it was only kept in hotel. I did report to police and i hope   police catch this person.  The saddest part was when i contacted hotel owner about stolen thing he said to me he will not investigate  or do anything about it which was very upsetting as i payed quit far amount of money to stay there. 
And here is massage for person who went  through personal staff and stole  : I hope your mother is very proud of you. And you forgot there is CCTV cameras around everywhere. Sooner or later police will catch you
