Great service was given by every member of the team that I dealt with from start to finish. I mainly spoke with Marcus and Nicola and they were both excellent. We recently purchased a car from this branch which was a really pleasant experience. Marcus who we dealt with was very helpful and arranged a test drive for us as we had travelled over from Carlisle. We agreed to purchase a car and the garage were very helpful as we had two cars to trade in and received a very good offer. Bought our new car from Carl Dunn… he didn’t pressure us when looking and answered all questions we had about numerous vehicles. Nothing was a chore and his professional and friendly manner was exceptional. As we were on holiday the following day, he offered to deliver the vehicle to my home personally in his own time so it would be with us on the day we returned home. Amazing customer service and would recommend him and the shiremoor branch to family and friends looking for a car.
