Too dark, need to turn the lights on. Music too loud and not much space to walk around without feeling cramped, this shop is expensive and a total sensory overload!

3rd time I've been to this store mid-week and 2nd time I've walked out as the wait for changing rooms was too long. I asked if they could open the 2nd set of rooms and was told they don't have enough staff to man them. I shopped in Superdry & Gap and had no such problem, so why at Hollister MK? Quality clothes Hollister MK but you are losing sales through inadequate changing facilities!
