It’s a lovely shop! The employees are super nice and helpful! Went in there a few days ago for a Mother’s Day present and two really nice ladies helped me put together a brilliant personalised gift box for my mum which she is going to love! They added ribbon, free samples. Will definitely coming back for more presents for my mother!! Thank you so much! x
I love MB stuff, and always buy lots of it, but they constantly discontinue popular products….why?? Prices have also shot up dramatically, unfortunately it’s now cheaper on shopping channel even paying the postage very disappointing!!
Had a very good shopping experience today!!! Was helped by Michelle. She is so lovely and helpful, has a great knowledge of products and just makes you feel so welcomed! I enjoyed it so much that had to bring my colleagues back to the store so they could also have a great customer journey. We were shown many great products, asked relevant questions, were given personalised advice and just didn’t want to leave the store. We definitely will be back.Thank you, Michelle.
Whether I’m buying or browsing, I experience impeccable customer service every time I visit! I’d rather buy fabulous Molton Brown products in this beautiful store, than opt for convienience online! 10/10!!

A great little shop that smells great. Staff are attentive and looking to help you find the right purchase. I was there to pick up some shower gel and to look for possible ideas for future present.
Very helpful staff and a lovely shopping experience. Loved the free coffee today which was very good quality. And of course gorgeous smelling products.
