Really nice hotel. Good value for money. Close to all the sites we wanted to visit. Rooms are well equipped and with comfortable beds. The room was a bit cold but staff gave us a heater which helped . Would definitely stay here again.

Location great. Lovely modern rooms had 2 very good night's stay. Will definitely look at staying again. Missing Liverpool already

Central location, but away from the too-busy night life. Within walking distance of all the best bars. Friendly staff, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The room itself was clean and warm (much needed at this time of year!) There are all the standard items, tea and coffee making facilities, a safe and plenty of towels. The room is tastefully decorated and bed is extremely comfortable. Also a beautiful bathroom, the shower was fantastic. All in all, I felt extremely well looked after and at ease in the Heywood House Hotel and will recommend it to other people visiting Liverpool.

Really loved the feel of the room, it was cute, had a huge balcony seat and a lot of character. The bed wasnt great, it was very stiff and offered very little comfort. The heater malfunctioned at 4 in the morning and woke us up with a horrible a screech. They moved us into the room next door which had a bigger bed but still as stiff. The location is excellent, centrally located and within walking distance of everything. If you can find it for cheap enough it's definitely worth a stay.
