Room was fine, though we had to make do with a tiny bin in the bathroom (no bin in the room itself). Breakfast was an exercise in chaos at busier times, blind corners and no real system except to dive in where you can, avoiding the other guests as well as the staff. Comfortable bed and decent storage. Didn't think about it until we went to pay for parking but we hadn't been offered a voucher which would've cut our fees from £21 for 24 hours down to £8, making an already pricey stay even more expensive.

Located a 10 minute walk from Liverpool One this hotel is ideally situated. The staff couldn't he more helpful and the rooms are a good size. Breakfast was fantastic - pancakes, muffins, yogurts, toast, cereal. And you can help yourself to tea/coffee and croissants at all hours of the day. Design of the room is cooky but actually quite chic. Would definitely stay here again and can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent hotel. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely rooms and a nice birthday present on arrival. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Lovely Hotel, staff were so friendly could not do enough for you. Rooms spacious clean and comfy. Nice touch was the help yourself coffee machine, fruit and croissants at the back of the bar. Breakfast was continental but lots of choice. Hotel was in Cavern quarter but only 10 mins walk brought you to docks where there is loads to do. Will be back soon.

We've just returned from a 2 night stay here and found it to exceptional. 
The staff are fantastic, really attentive to all our needs.
The rooms, the eating area, the bar and the decor was second to none. It is more expensive than some other hotels in this part of town but all day complementary hot drinks and cake makes up for that. 
Will definitely go again.
