As far as hostels go this one is rather good! Although some minor improvements with the room layouts the overall facilities for meeting and eating are great. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly!

Banging value for what you get where you get it. Right in the heart of the action, the location can’t be faulted. Rooms clearly take a bit of a battering, but the bedding was clean, mattress fine, wash room facilities clean and towels fluffy.

I think this is quite ridiculous that this hostel is categorised in many place including Google Maps as a 5 star hotel.

Really nice ,very friendly, efficient reception,and accommodating hostel in city centre. Clean rooms, lockers, lift. Around the corner from the large city centre shopping area Liverpool One. It's almost equidistant to both Lime St rail station and coach station-10- 15 minute easy walk. The city is exceptionally well signed.

The major downside to the great location is the fact it is above several nightclubs that rock on until about 4 am with competing sets of pounding music and thumping bass.
Forget sleep.

Great location. Stayed here whilst at a conference at the ACC and it was a 10 minute walk away. The cavern club and a huge number of bars are just down the road and it's right next to the shops and Liverpool one. I stayed on the 4th floor in a 6 bed mixed dorm. Far enough away from the noise on the street at night! Having to be up early the noise could have been a problem but nothing a pair of earplugs can't solve. Only problem was that they stopped serving food early at the hatch bar but there is a wetherspoons next door so it was really not a massive problem. 
Friendly staff. Great location. Amazing value for money.
