Very clean perfectly positioned for all tourist attractions and very friendly staff. Brasserie newly refurbished to a very high standard. Food excellent and Tom's gin cocktails are even better!
We will definitely revisit.

Nice place. It is British-ish(?) Charming hotel. I totally recommend this hotel. People are super nice.  Only two complains. Just minor things though were: it was so hard to find an entrance to the hotel. (I did not see a big sign. Only I saw was little sign by the green door.) And, workers who were working next to this hotel was working and talking until midnight which is not the Hotel's fault. Great price and great location.  If I ever come back to visit Liverpool again, I would love to use this hotel again.

Definitely not worth the £165 for a night in a double room. Tiny bathroom, no opening windows or air con, very dated decor. Needs some maintenance work. We didn't get breakfast included. The plus side, friendly staff & nice cocktails.

Great little Hotel situated in the heart of the city center. Competitive room prices. Disabled access rooms available along with twin, double and triple bedroom options. The Bar and Restaurant has recently had a refurb and looks amazing, along with this, a new food menu has been launched, as well as a new range of wines and spirits. This is a lovely place to stay when visiting Liverpool, the staff are friendly, very helpful and always ready to assist any needs.

Paid £185 for one nights stay. More fool me! everywhere else was booked up. Nice New Bar, restaurant. The bedroom however was a different story. Stained carpets, dirty doors, paint chips on the sills and skirting. not forgetting the funky smell. dirty kettle from a tea caddy made sometime in the 80's, must have been put in there the same time as the shower! all in all I have stayed in much worse places but for a dam sight less than £185
