We got the opportunity to stay here and had an amazing stay. Staff were excellent and helped me sort out the WiFi. We had executive room on 6th floor with amazing views and the bed and linen was the size and quality you would expect. Huge tv. Breakfast fantastic selection. Situated just opposite Albert Dock and very handy for Liverpool One its an excellent place to stay.
I held a business evening meeting in the Hilton Liverpool and it was well organised from all aspects. The communication beforehand was thorough and the staff on the day were fantastic. The buffet food was excellent, catering for vegan, halal and gluten free diets. In particular, Keira was incredible. She was attentive and personable - a credit to the team. I would definitely use the hotel for future events.
Stayed two nights as a solo traveller.nnLocation - convenient location beside the bus station. Royal Albert docks was just across the road while there was a shopping centre with ample food offerings next door. Train station is 10 - 15 mins walk awaynnRoom - booked as a diamond member and given a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor with executive lounge access. Early check in and late check out was also granted, which was very appreciated. As other reviewers have mentioned, the room feels tired. Nonetheless, it was spacious with nice comfy bed. Had a good sleep.nnService - friendly service from check in to check out. Nothing much to say as I didn't need much help during my stay.nnFood - complimentary breakfast due to diamond status. Ample offerings including bacon, hash browns, different types of eggs, fruits and cheese.nHowever executive lounge was a letdown. Didn't appear to be staffed during the day, it was located in a room on the ground floor and it just didn't feel 'executive'... It was extremely crowded during happy hour and some guests had to sit in the public lounge outside. Food offerings also limited during happy hour.nnOverall a nice, adequate and comfortable stay.
We had a GREAT stay at Hilton Liverpool! We stayed in a King Guest Room and it was incredibly clean and very modern inside. Quiet and the bed was really comfortable as well. The only downside we found was that there weren't any outlets close to the bed except the one in the clock, so you had to run across the room to turn your phone alarm off in the morning, ha. It was also one of the more reasonably priced places to stay in Liverpool and VERY walkable to the city, as it's right in the heart of Liverpool One. We were steps away from all shops & restaurants, a 10 minute walk from the Beatles Story and a 10-15 minute walk from other sights downtown. Loved it!nnIf you've got a car, the parking is directly in front of the hotel - VERY limited spaces and uncovered/unprotected CCTV, but anything could happen. For a much safer bet, the hotel offers a discount to park at Q-Park Liverpool One which was INCREDIBLY easy to access and safe. Check the website for the discount code and book in advance.
Excellent location and a very convenient place to stay in Liverpool. It’s right next to Liverpool ONE and close to Albert Dock, which makes it a great base for shopping, dining, and walking around the city.nnThe hotel is walkable from Liverpool Lime Street station, even with a rolling suitcase, and it’s also right next to the National Express coach station. Many of the main city attractions are easily reachable on foot from here.nnThe front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We were given an early check-in around 12 pm, and the early check-in charges were kindly waived — really appreciated that gesture.nnThe rooms are fairly standard and do show some age, but housekeeping did a good job and everything was kept clean and comfortable.nnOverall, a solid choice mainly for the location and convenience.
