I am a regular customer at the Hilton Liverpool on Thomas Street Way, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walk in, the reception area exude a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff anre incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. They go above and beyond to accommodate my needs and answer all my questions. The hotel's location is also fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to return!

Stayed here for two nights this week. The room was remarkably big, with a nice view over the park alongside the hotel. It was very quiet, no external noise coming in. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast with good vegetarian options. Very convenient location right next to the docks historic district, and the main shopping area. Only a short walk from lime street station.  The staff were really helpful and nice.  Highly recommended.

Downside is rooms are looking in need of a refresh. Upside is excellent location and great service. Special shout out to Helen who always had time to chat to our daughter and she was brilliant. Definitely recommend using this hotel if on a city break.

This hotel is perfectly positioned for anyone looking to shop in Liverpool One, it is literally on the doorstop.  Also opposite Albert Dock, which makes this a really accessible location.nnI have stayed twice this year and have taken advantage of the Valet parking, which is really useful, especially when with clients.nnA great hotel with great staff.

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton City Centre, the staff are very friendly and helpful, which really makes all the difference. The room with park view was actually overlooking the Dock so that was a bonus. We had to get a camp bed for an extra guest as a late add on & this was not a problem. There was a small fee for her stay plus breakfast. The bed was very comfortable & the room was lovely. The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to the shops, restaurants, Albert Dock. The 500 bus from the airport stops just around the corner. Breakfast was plentiful & very nice. We will definitely return again in the future.
