Stayed here Friday 27th for 1 night. The location was excellent for us.nEvery member of staff we met could not have been more helpful.nWe were on the 7th floor. The beds were just the comfiest, really excellent.nThe icing on the cake was the breakfast.nSuch a beautiful array of top quality food and so, so much choice. Something for everyone's choosing.nI thought it was fabulous and would definitely stay here again.nThank you Hilton because it is hard to choose as many lovely hotels in beautiful Liverpool.

The bed was very comfy, the breakfast food was really good.nThe morning staff were lovely.nHowever the staff in the afternoon and evening were incredible rude.nThe lobby smelt very strongly of fish and the hotel itself feels very tired.nHowever the location is brilliant.nOverall the hotel itself doesn’t really have anything wrong with it but it is far from a luxury experience.

Great hotel to stay in, super friendly staff. We found a leak in our room and even though myself and my daughter had adjoining rooms both our rooms were swapped so that we would still have adjoining rooms. It was no problem for the hotel to move us. My granddaughter loved the buffet breakfast and enjoyed being able to go up and down to help herself to the fruit. Food was always kept topped up. Will be stopping again next time we come.

The rooms are spacious, spotless, and comfortable with modern amenities.nnStaff are friendly, professional, and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast is excellent with a wide selection of fresh options. Location is perfect, right in the heart of Liverpool, close to shops, attractions, and the waterfront. Consistently great experience; highly recommend for both business and leisure stays.

Very friendly staff and fantastic breakfast however our room was very clean but also very tired and dated. My partner paid for a deluxe room as it was my birthday treat. We was totally disappointed the room was so run down curtains hanging by a thread. Iron marks on the carpet bathroom lights flickering. The bed was stained and old and rickty for the price we would of expected a better standard to be honest. The premier inn is to higher standards to be fair.Would not be in a rush to stay again.The staff I must say  was all fantastic and very helpful.
