Bedrooms are really comfy so get a good nights sleep. However some rooms have awful view of air conditioning. Sir Thomas Street has the best view of old buildings.
The lifts are very slow. The staff at reception, bar and breakfast are friendly
The breakfast has improved by providing variations to the menu.
I stay there because it convenient and you do sleep well.

We went there and decided for a room with inclusion of the spa facilities, yet when we arrived no time slot we available for any treatment and the staff we harrased and over worked. 
The place was lovely beautiful building and polite staff. Yet it was definitely missing the something and certainly missing something when I thought of the cost of it all. Nice place however id rather try somewhere else.

Great hotel and the staff were very accommodating, beautiful rooms and fantastic breakfast.  The ambience all around was superb. Will definitely be coming back!

Great hotel. Nice, big rooms and bathrooms were big. Water pressure in showers was a bit poor. Nice lobby and the spa is supposed to be good

We stayed for a 1 night spa break and it was brilliant! All of the staff were friendly and efficient. We were given cookies on arrival! Our room was so comfortable and clean. We had dinner in the koukash restaurant which was fantastic. The service was great and the food was delicious. Although there was only 1 vegetarian main option which was the filo parcels I really enjoyed these. As a veggie it was so nice to be given something other than pasta or risotto! Also the atmosphere in the restaurant was made even better by the lovely music playing in the bar area. This hotel is wonderful and well worth a visit. Thank you for making our anniversary trip a lovely experience :)
