Great location and it was nice to look over the river from our room. We had a twin room and there wasn't much spare room but it was fine for our needs. Very clean. Reception staff were amazing, so friendly and couldn't do enough for you! The food in the restaurant was also delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel very nice panoramic restaurant views over the Mersey. Good menu food well cooked and served. Nice rooms modern bathrooms. No parking. BUT a ncp car park across from reception. Good selection of wines and beers. Very good breakfast

Stayed Saturday with my husband for a treat. The first room they gave me 1101 was not cleaned, bed unmade etc. This didn't bother me that much as the hotel kindly moved me to a lovely suite with no extra charge. I was told the suite had no view of the waterfront which was fine by me as I live in Liverpool and can see it anytime. However the room I was first given, had a view, but unfortunately you could not see through the windows as they where misted up really badly, this was also evident in the second room.  Just thought I would let the hotel know as this needs addressing if it is to be fit for purpose, and advertised with a view. If the rooms where updated to match the other refurnished bedrooms then I would stay here again.

Great place to stay with a fab view of the Mersey and Liver Building. Unfortunately the Sunday AM church bells ringing aren't quite sympathetic if you have had a late night! But the breakfast was great and on a nice day the terrace bar is lovely.

Nice hotel excellent staff. 2 stars lost as restaurant was closed on a Saturday night for a wedding party. Bar was open but party had migrated to there and it was packed. No seating available children running around and very noisy. Had to go out in the rain to find food and drink. Used a nearby hotel. Will avoid weekends at this hotel again.
