Local company, fast, efficient, safe drivers who know all the shortcuts and back ways to avoid heavy traffic. I've been using them for years and they're very punctual I can't remember them ever be more than 2 or 3 min's later than they said they would.. And as for the woman who said, 'ladies don't use this company' they have female drivers you absolute plant pot!!

Jay was a credit to your team at Halton taxis and by far the most lovely taxi man I've ever seen! So polite and really welcoming! Can't thank him enough! He made sure me and my friends got in safe at our multiple different stops and wouldn't leave until we waved that we were in! Thanks again Jay!

I ordered 14 taxis after my sons party, all arrived promptly. The office were excellent the drive fantastic. One young lady left her phone in the taxi within 1/2 hour she picked it up at the office. Thank you for making the end of a fantastic night go smoothly x

Booked a taxi at 5am for a 530 pick up to get to work for 6am. 535 and no taxi. Sorry we're busy. Fine if you're busy then at least have the decency to tell me so I can walk. Instead of bullshitting me so I end up having to run.

Ladies don't use this company. Pre booked in the afternoon. Explained 3 ladies. But left stranded at midnight. Rang to check, worst sin of all the woman who answered hung up on me when I asked if it was Halton Taxis. Should be ashamed of your rude behaviour towards your own gender at midnight!
