Use to use them all the time but no more, yet again someone took my taxi and when I phoned the office had a very rude person who then put the phone down on me. When we have booked them to pick up from home always very very late. They are all old cars now use A to B might cost me a extra 20p but worth it

If I could put 0 stars I would. Rang at around 8pm and booked 2 taxis for 11pm. Told this was fine and booked. One taxi arrived so half of us left for our destination. The other taxi did not arrive. Rang every 15 minutes to check where our taxi was, repeatedly just told that we were 'top of the queue' and the 'highest priority in the area' By 12:30 still no taxi had arrived so we had to organise alternative transport. Absolutely shocking service. Do not waste your time and money on this company. I would rather walk to any destination than ever consider using this company again. Shocking.

Just ring for a taxi got told could be 20 mins wait fair enought. Got told to ring back in 15 mins to see if there was any. Not how you do business

Pre booked cars well in advance to go the races. Checked the day before that all was still in order with the pre bookings was told yeah all sorted. Taxis never turned up. Phoned office to check, not a clue how long they would be. In the end we had to make alternative arrangements to get there. Unreliable firm. Wouldn't recommend booking with these for anything important.

SHOULD BE 0 STARS !!! Shocking rang at 6.47am to be told I booked in and one will be with me got texted at 6.57 saying taxi has been dispatched only to get 2nd message saying taxi been dispatched rang them up to be told a drive had picked it up and dropped it. Waited for second driver it's now 7.30 and I have to walk as they said it still going to be 15mins joke of a taxi firm I wouldn't ring them if need a taxi in a week I probably still be waiting
