Office service was very good. However, despite numerous attempts to engage with the driver, it was like pulling teeth. But to discover that the driver was from Bolton and allegedly has a licence to operate in greater Manchester and Wolverhampton displayed in window and did not know the area was very disappointing. Where are our local drivers which we should be supporting?
I've always used A&B taxis I've never had any problems at all I've pre booked taxis even to the brain injury there and back to see my husband after his heart attack 2022 for over 12 weeks and they were on time and the drivers were brilliant polite helpful and this july I pre book taxis for my wedding they were on time and got us and guest to the church on time thankyou A&B brilliant service and will continue to use the taxi service
An absolutely terrible experience from AtoB. If I don't have anything positive to say I rarely write a review but I have to say something today. I booked a cab for 17:15 to take me to my local train station. My train was scheduled to leave at 17:27 and it takes 4 minutes to get there by car. At 17:16 the car hadn't arrived so I call them. I'm told the car is on its way. It's now 17:23 and still no show. I call again and i'm told that the car is close by on a nearby street. I ask if they think I'll make my train considering it leaves in 4 minutes. They say yes, it shouldn't be a problem. We're now at 17:25 and still nobody here to take me to the station. I call again, they pick up, say they will look into it and hang up on me. Still 17:25 and the cab shows up. I tell the cab driver that I won't make my train as it leaves in 2 mins. He says "so you don't need me then", which I reply with "no, because I won't make my train". The driver then drives off with no apology or anything. This was really poor form AtoB and very frustrating!
Give them address for collection and they drive past and then say you weren't there at the pickup point. Used another company in the end. Waste of time this taxi firm. Edited after reply from owner. The driver did not pull up outside the gates to the address and wait 5 minutes that's b/s or I would have seen him as I was waiting outside for it in the rain.
What a lovely guy I had collect me today. When I thought i paid with £10 he told me I had paid with£20 Not that many genuine people about anymore. Spot on A to B
Booked a taxi to Manchester Airport at 4AM. Came on time and the driver John was very kind and welcoming. Thanks a lot. Keep the good work going as always!

A to B have been consistently helpful to my daughter when she's been unable to drive due to having had recent surgery. It is honestly so appreciated. Reliable and on time, friendly drivers, clean cars.
I have used A to B taxis many times whilst living here, but tonight I requested a taxi on behalf of my father and they arrived with plenty of time to spare of the booked time and waited patiently. The driver was courteous and friendly on the journey and made what was a fairly distant journey “an absolute pleasure” A reliable and well sourced taxi company. Thanks.
Can I send my appreciation and heart felt thanks to A to B taxis for getting us out of a deep hole left by British airways after they cancelled our shuttle flight to Heathrow with 10 hours notice. Gone 10pm and they sorted a taxi for us, picking us up at 2am and driving to Heathrow dropping us off at 5.30am. We have used this company quite a few times and had 100% service and great drivers. So on behalf of myself and sister “THANK YOU “.
