I recommend Phil gets a pay rise as I have had the best taxi experience anybody could have asked for. Phil was the most polite taxi driver I have ever had. I would recommend him to any friend of mine and would class him as family

Absolutely disgraceful. Standing by and allowing a lone woman to receive abuse. And then defend the perpetrators. Scum. I will never ever use these cowards again.

Had me waiting over an hour for taxi even though it was pre booked. Working a waking night then waiting an hour got a taxi that didn't even show... Rang office and they kept saying 5 minutes instead of being honest... Joke

Told 5-10 minute wait. 20 minutes later I'm still stood in the rain. Called to ask where it was and was told another 2 minutes away. Took over 25 minutes in total. I wouldn't mind if they where honest about the wait time but to be out by that much is ridiculous. A shame though because the drivers are lovely!

Pre ordered a taxi one hour before and was still waiting 15 minutes after my time. Had to cancel because I missed my train. Completely unreliable, wont be using again, and would advise others not to if needing going somewhere important.
