reason i stopped using a while ago and never again. 30 minutes no show got ring bk no taxi rang again said theyll send Another. Never Again !!!!

Terrible. Didn't show up on time causing my mother to miss her train to London from runcorn. Had to wait in the train station for an hour because of thier poor effort to pick up clients on time. Called to chase three times and it's always 'nearly there'. No apology for delay or anything. Had similar issues before with this company. Will never use again especially when it comes to family

No show at widnes station after 30 minute wait.. Then no commitment on eta. Rubbish, you are in danger of losing 5star rating,, it's a 0 from me dissatisfied "near customer"
