Don’t bother booking with them if you want a taxi to turn up! I booked to go to the station for a train and when it didn’t turn up, I called and was told no drivers are available. I’d booked it the day before and money had been taken from my account for it. Apparently just because you book a taxi, it doesn’t mean you’ll get one, so I was told! Who knew?! Avoid.
Booked for a taxi to pick myself, my husband and our two daughters in Liverpool, a week before we needed it from our accommodation to our elder daughter's Graduation at the Liverpool Philharmonic. We needed to be there in good time to allow my daughter to pick up her cap and gown for the ceremony, for which the University only allowed a half hour time window. After the taxi was overdue by ten minutes I managed to phone the company and was advised that there were no drivers available at that point, with no idea of when one would be available. Explained I'd booked the trip with them a week ago, but was told all the drivers were self employed and it was up to them whether to turn out, or not. Luckily, I had my car, so drove myself, which I was trying to avoid due to the limited parking available. We did have to amend the pick-up time to 6.45am a few days prior, following an updated itinerary, but we were never warned there was the possibility of a no show. I hate posting negative reviews, but do feel I have to warn people, that if they're time limited, this taxi co is best avoided. Pleasant and helpful on the phone, but when we needed them for a very important family occasion, they let us down badly.
Booked a taxi equipped for 5 people over an hour in advance, to be told if would come to nearer the time we booked it for as they could, they rang back 5 mins after the taxi was due to arrive to tell us they were not coming. This then incurred us being late for our venue,with 4 very moody children.
We ordered a taxi on Friday 19tg December around 11.30 to take us from Liverpool to Bromborough and Eastham. 20 minute wait but came earlier. Great service, very polite and friendly driver. Would definitely use again and would recommend.
Would leave 0 stars if I could. Pre booked a taxi 6 days before for a pick up after a works Christmas event in Liverpool. Left waiting for over 45 minutes in the freezing cold so gave up. Luckily managed to get an Uber, otherwise I would have been stuck. Abysmal “service” and would never use them again, shambles.
Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars. Avoid this company at all costs, like many other reviewers the taxi that was pre booked to get my Mum to the airport arrived 45 minutes late and she nearly missed her flight as a result. Unprofessional, sloppy service. So disappointing.
Very efficient taxi service. We were a large a large group and hadn't booked in advance. But the person we spoke to said "leave it to me, we'll get you sorted", and true to their word a small convoy of cars soon turned up. Our driver was very pleasant, which was also the case with the rest as the others in our group commented on when we arrived. Good value too.
Drivers are so personable and friendly. My card wouldn’t work so driver said pay me tomorrow after I’d be the bank. No fuss. Great service
Overcharged my daughter in law by 3 times as much, she only found out 2 days later. The taxi driver at the time of the journey accused her of not wanting to pay when she was asking if she could pay by card and he was demanding cash, I went out to witness his appalling behaviour. If the refund doesn't happen we will be going to the council with the complaint
Don't bother. Called first thing in the morning to book a taxi for 2:30pm, gave them a call at 2:40 to ask where it was and was told it was nowhere near my area and that I needed to wait, so what's even the point of prebooking? I understand if I called them randomly, then surely I wouldn't expect the car to arrive right then and there, but I did call them at 7 am to book it. Missed the train due to the disgraceful service
