Absolutely disgusted with this company! I rang for a black cab at 4:58pm and was told one would be out asap, I waited 30mins and still no taxi, I rang again at 5:32pm and was told I was the next one to be picked up...6:08pm I was still waiting!!!! Rang back yet again and was told there was no black cabs in the area, the nearest one was 10miles away and we had to wait for one to come closer!!!! Absolutely disgusting company and service!!!

Absolutely a comedian firm sat round waiting for an hour for a black cab after ringing a few times they still had no idea how long the back cab was going to be, what an absolutely appalling service definitely won't be ringing again or recommending to anyone

Took 1 hour for a taxi to arrive despite it being "15" minutes away because the driver went off to another job! It would have been courteous to at least tell us this and send another taxi. It's a wonder they're still operational with this awfu service.

An absolute joke of a place. Booked a taxi at 11am and was still waiting at 12.30pm only to be told that there still waiting for an available car.

Was meeting a friend at 2.30 so Rang for a taxi at 2.15 and was told taxi wouldnt be long. (Its a 5 minute drive at most.) Rang again 40 minutes later to check where taxi was, was told it was on its way, rang again 20 minutes later to cancel taxi as booked with a different taxi firm and they had arrived within 5 minutes of the call.
