Taxi late for 20 mins. The driver in blue Citroen just went to retail park with my active advance booking by certain time. After 3 calls the other taxi arrived, but I missed the train. All they did, just apologize. Couple of times drivers didn't have receipts with them. Will not use this taxi any more.

A large company where most drivers are very good. But the downsides are, just one guy from the office staff has a very bad attitude, he gets angry and aggressive over nothing which is completely unnecessary. I understand this rank gets a lot of drunken idiots but you can't treat everyone like that. Plus on two previous occasions, I've been short changed by drivers when they assumed I was drunk, I didn't check straight away as I'm visually impared. Also, they have alot of foreign drivers who don't know where they are going and rely on sat nav and customer instructions.

Lovely person who took us to Liverpool then came to pick us up at 4 in the morning, nothing was to much trouble for her, she was an absolute diamond!! Thanks jools xx, will definitely be recommending and using you in the future xx

DO not use this firm they will accept booking even though they no there are no cabs available i had to get home in an emergency the app said 10 minute wait after 25 mins they cancelled the booking i rang the office only to have some snotty nosed lad tell me to stop moaning it was my fault because i used the app stay away use AtoB critchleys or Uber but do yourself a favour and avoid this company

Worst taxi company ever. Do not use. I was told it would be 10 minutes until the taxi turned up but it ended up being almost 30. When I rang to see where it was, one of the female operators hung up. Why can’t they be honest? Why do they have to lie??? Avoid this taxi company - I will never use it again!!! It doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!
