Absolute disgrace, got a phone call saying they were outside then told them was on our way, whilst walking down the street we see the taxi drive off. We were clearly in view and could have seen us if they took the time to look. Never using again!!!

Awful, avoid like the plague. Order a mini bus, waited outside for the cab, receivied a text to say the cab was outside but nothing came. Called the taxi company and the snotty and downright rude guy on the phone said that the taxi driver wasn't going to wait. The Taxi never arrived. Awful company. Will never use again.
