The accommodation was clean and adequate for a couple of nights. The hotel only serves breakfast but it was a good help yourself buffet with a good selection of food to suit most tastes. We had a voucher for an evening meal at a local restaurant, the meal was excellent. This hotel is well situated for the cathedrals,the philharmonic dining rooms and the city centre. If the car park is full at the hotel it's only a short walk to a multi storey. I would definitely use this hotel again and as there's so much to do and see in Liverpool I look forward to going again soon

Location was great, not in the centre of town but close enough for easy access. Secure gated car park meant I could rest easy knowing my car was safe. Rooms were clean, nicely sized and had everything I needed and I was very happy with the customer service, didn't have any issues.

I would never go back tot this hotel, I was given a very old, 5 bed room just for me, with a broken wall, no heating, window with frosty glasses and single pane, not properly closing. I was offered another room, desperately needing renovation, and terribly small, no heating neither. The first night I needed to have three layers of clothes not to freeze. No fridge in the room, no towel heater. Ideal location for attending meetings at the University but far from the city center and the water front.

Very nice hotel. Staff very polite and friendly. Secure parking. Rooms comfortable and a nice size

Really nice hotel, comfortable bed and great breakfast. Close to the centre of Liverpool. My only criticism is that during the night reception played piped music, which sadly could be heard in the rooms on the ground floor, in fact a number of people were talking about it at breakfast. So please just turn the music down at night.
