The biggest plus is that it is in a lovely converted red brick building in the city centre with countless restaurants and bars around the hotel. The rooms are very high, well ventilated and majestic. Decoration and lighting are well suited. The cleanliness of the room was only four stars due to moldy spots in the bathroom. The service at reception was helpful and reserved-professional. They have many partnerships with the restaurants around them which offer special deals for hotel guests.

Nice room, hotel is located near a car park and Liverpool one. When I was there it was very quiet, I didn't hear anyone else, so I got a good night's sleep. Comfy bed, and the room was nice and clean. I'll stay here again

Excellent, friendly, very central (but quiet) Liverpool Hotel. No dining facilities but there's a Wetherspoons immediately behind the hotel plus many other eating places close by. There's a very small kitchenette in the room with microwave, fridge and kettle so guests can prepare simple meals in the room if required. 15 minutes walk will get you to the World Museum and Walker Gallery, 10 minutes gets you to the Liverpool Cathedral and to The Beatles Story, 5 minutes to Liverpool Central Station, 3 minutes to Tesco Superstore and Liverpool 1 shopping centre.

Absolutely amazing. The rooms cannot be better. Staff brilliant. Making everyone's stay a pleasurable experience.
