We were very pleased to have received a satisfactory outcome after a cold and noisy room the first night we stayed (street noise and heater not working). Although not his fault, the night manager was very apologetic and promptly organised a warm and much quieter room to stay in (on the opposite side) and with a late checkout to make up for lost sleep. He was very professional and sincere in his customer service towards us. We are most grateful and were very comfortable and happy staying the following night at the hotel. We recommend that potential guests request a quiet room to avoid disappointment and you will have a restful and enjoyable stay at the Marriott in Liverpool. Thank you to all the staff - we really appreciate all your efforts!

Went for a work Xmas night out so only used the function room. The staff were very nice and helpful and we had an excellent night! Good access to the train station as well which was good for those of us not local!!

Very convenient and nice hotel, what you would expect from a Marriott, it is however a little tired throughout and could do with a bit of a refresh. My room was a decent size and had a view of the courtyard and HUGE radio tower and was fairly quiet despite the slightly noisy ac until the bar opposite had a beer delivery and they clanked the hell out of some kegs at 07:30. The bedding was all nice and clean and smelled fresh, as did the towels. The toiletries in the room smelt very nice and citrusy. There was a really big (perhaps 42”) telly in my room which is a nice change, normally its a poky little one. Breakfast was nice and served up efficiently, they have a chef cooking eggs to order. The rest of the food was decent and plentiful. Would I stay again? Probably not as there are loads of hotels in Liverpool city centre and it would be a shame not to see somewhere else, not because the Marriott was bad, because it wasn’t.

Well located central hotel very near Lime Street Station. Comfortable rooms. Could do without the rather noisy ice dispensers in the corridor. But overall, all good.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Marriott hotel last year, with luxurious rooms at a great location in central Liverpool. On arrival the staff were very helpful in helping me to check in and locate my room, and the whole process ran smoothly and efficiently. The room itself was reasonably sized and very nicely furnished, with a big comfy bed to help with sleeping in an unfamiliar location. I would highly recommend visiting this hotel, whether for business or pleasure!
