We arrived early to drop our bags prior to going to the theatre. The staff were extremely welcoming and asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. When we returned later we found that they had arranged for us to have a beautiful room, specially decorated to celebrate our anniversary with complimentary cakes- such a lovely surprise! The hotel and staff are first rate and the food in Hankies restaurant is excellent. The location is brilliant too! We will definitely return and will recommend this hotel to friends.

Really nice hotel great experience there staff are more than helpful in every way. You can also relax in a great sauna or steam room and of course there's a jacuzzi. Very convenient for all the shows.

Paid more than 200 pounds per day for a very very tiny room. The smallest hotel room I've ever tried(only one step between the door and the bed). I can hear any noise from the corridor in the bed. The breakfast doesn't worth the money. There are very limited choices of food. The location is great and service is ok.

Super nice staff, nice rooms and bathrooms, great roomservice and super close to china town, lots of shopping and piccadilly circus it self! The thing that made me upset was the spa part... The bubblebath was not properly cleaned and when I sat in it I could literally see body fluids and skin particles. The water was cloudy and didn't smell right. The steam sauna smelled a lot of mold. I personally think you could get the breakfast included as well in your visit since you really do pay a lot of money per night to stay there. Otherwise it was a lovely stay and a lovely hotel. Loved the place!
