Perfect customer service. Went above and beyond. I don’t know the ladies name but she works half week in the Bury store and the other half at Bolton. She was awesome ! Good old fashioned service nothing to much trouble well done. The actual eye test was very thorough and again wonderful service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Looking forward to picking my glasses up. Thank you
All the staff were pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I especially received excellent customer service from Onyinye sorry, I have probably got her name completely wrong who assisted me to pick out my new glasses.
The appointment was started on time. The optometrists were both very helpful and explained carefully if I had any queries. Overall, excellent service.
The service I received was polite and thorough. The optician was also very careful to ensure that I understood all the issues relating to the cataract operation that I would be undergoing.
Emma & Rupesh were both superb. Knowledgeable, professional, patient and went out of their way to reassure me, advise and inform me.
My tests were performed quickly and all my results fully explained , and was given information as to how to monitor my vision . Very good experience .
Customer service was excellent....always is. . I've been coming to boots for a long time....I've noticed that your glasses are quite expensive compared with other company's.but I like boots....
I was seen by Sami and Emma, both were very caring and professional, and made the whole experience seamless and faultless, thank you very much to them both.
My appointment went smooth from start to finish. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. This is my favourite store to get my eyes tested as the service is always top notch. Keep up the good work guys
Everyone I dealt with were very friendly, patient and professional. I didn't feel rushed and was always made aware of what was being done and why.
