The room itself was nice but it was one of those weird higher end hotels that think they specialize in pop art and bragged a lot about what amenities they had that had literally nothing to do with your stay. Like their social media page and website brag about the arcade they have and it's literally just two arcade games that were both out of order. The bathrooms are weird because there's no shower door and the toilet is really low to the point where you feel like you're crawling on the ground so that's not that pleasant. I guess the staff was nice but they really only interact with you when you're checking in and don't even say so much as a hello or a welcome back or anything when you're coming back into the lobby or leaving it for the day. Basically it's just a flashy Hotel trying to be super cool and trendy and that's what you're paying for. The room is mediocre, kind of small and the housekeeping service started knocking on our door at 8:00 a.m. or earlier. They woke us up two days in a row even with the do not disturb sign on the door. All together it seems like we and they put all of the money into the artwork which was pretty cool, and none of the money toward the rooms themselves. Even the hand cream smelled bad. And it didn't sink in which means it is cheap and watery. At like $300 a night you would think that at least the lotion would be nice. Honestly only go here if your boss is paying for it or something. If you're paying for it yourself out of pocket it's 100% not worth it and there are cheaper hotels with better locations
Love the place! Had a great 2 nights with my friend for a spa break weekend. The room was super clean and tidy, though the heating wasn’t working properly in one of the rooms. Overall the food, spa facilities, cocktail bars g floor & roof top, location and services are all top-notch! Will definitely revisit soon. Special shout-out to staff: Ruben, Shaylah & the lovely cleaning team that helped me find my lost earring! Thank you. x
They will upgraded us to a suite at no cost thanks to some availability and staff were always on hand and super helpful when we needed anything. The pool and spa area is also wonderfully designed and decorated with a bit of a 'roman' feel, blended with a modern contemporary look throughout the rest of the hotel. Brilliant location for shopping and theatres. Would happily stay again!
Had a really nice stay at this hotel and I can honestly say that I would definitely return. Everything about it has been great and my recommendation to the management team it to NOT CHANGE ANYTHING. Check in was easy and we were allowed in to the room early. The spa was also nice, and then drinks at the bar were nice and chilled. The place has a really nice atmosphere and breakfast in the morning was OUT OF THIS WORLD. We've stayed at a number of higher end hotels and breakfast has always been poor, however here, it is the simple things that they did well. Thr bacon was actually proper non streaky bacon. The juice glasses were proper glasses not tiny shot glasses, and the omelette maker was brilliant. The room was also suitable spacious and there was everything we needed. All in all, a great stay and we would 100% return.

Enjoyed my stay. Very welcoming helpful reception, modern decor. Loved the huge room and the design. Great breakfast, and location for Covent Garden visits a 10 min walk. Only gripe Shower flow due to limescale was not the best , could have been better just needed a clean. Great value for money at London prices overall.
Great location. Located near the subway that gave us easy access to travel to different parts of London. The staff was exceptional and very accommodating. When we first checked in we did not like our room because we noticed water stains on the ceiling. We called down to the lobby and they put us in a nicer room. Due to being jet lagged, we missed breakfast by five minutes and the manager went down stairs to make sure that we received the breakfast we paid for. My family and I would definitely stay there again.
Well located and room was nicely decorated, plus large for a London Hotel, however the walls are quite thin and I could hear people above me either moving furniture/stomping around which was a shame. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had - so would recommend!! The gym is small but had all the equipment you'd need and the pool looked very inviting but sadly I didn't have time for a swim. Would stay there again
The room is nice, lovely decor. Room service was okay. Food was delicious. However the room has bad soundproofing which I'm lucky whereby it wasn't noisy at night. However, it would be better if soundproofing is better. Regardless, place is nice. Staff is nice. Liked it a lot.
