Really top people to do business with. The sales guys are the best I've dealt with, would buy cars off them all day long. 
In service their knowledge is unbelievable.
Will always bring my car back for services and MOT'S.  A warm friendly atmosphere with tea or coffee.....great.

I have to say that I experienced the worst customer service here ever. My car was there for over two weeks and when I got it back it was filthy. Cant believe it wasnt cleaned. No one calls you back you have to chase them. I will never have another MG unless there's another MG garage closer to me.

I went in for a recall service yesterday morning and I asked the service reception to check my sound horn as well as it vibrates too much and the sound distorts.The answer was , it will be charged for finding a fault and this appointment is just for a recall service.I said , it's ok I will make another appointment for it.the recall work was done and they handed over a note to say all the safety check on the vehicle has been performed and it's all perfect.i just found out that the sound Horn is ticked as perfect too.I then asked the guy in the reception about it and he says , ohhh it's only a visual inspection report.how can someone do a visual check on a sound Horn and record it as perfect.I did not want my sound horn to be repaired for free but the service staff seems to be not interested at all.The gentleman who drove my car into the workshop was nice as he apologized for the delay in taking my car in as he had to update the system from the manufacturer first.he explained me all recall work in detail and the three stars are for him.i have never heard of charges to  I find a fault and  wish the staff was trained to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
