I’m not sure where to start…. They have been amazing!!!!!  I initially place an order for a full custom race bike for myself at the age of 38. I paid for the frame etc I snapped my leg playing with my kids. Actually one of two BMX’s supplied for the park by the team at crucial.  I’d sent the photos and they refunded me for what I purchased.  My 4 & 5 year old both race and after a full year I thought I can’t get myself a bike I ordered a Supercross carbon F1 from the states the only one in the UK. You can’t get a frame as small else where  Plus got a micro mini Haro frame which I had powder coated.  For me when you have had such good service I returned to the team at crucial.  Both frames were collected at Manchester by the team when at racing under the roof.  The advise and spec off theses bikes is definitely overkill, but this is our main hobby and the bmx racing is so family friendly. I’m lucky with 3 boys I can hand them down to as well. So I do get value for money.  Anyway the service. Attention to detail and ensuring everything is at is best.  I can’t thank the team enough. They have gone above and beyond.  A real pleasure to deal with a family run business.

Thanks to Mike, Maria and Team.  After a last minute issue, we were at risk and going to an important race in Europe with a rider without a bike.  The Crucial team were super empathetic  and helpful and sorted us out with a replacement bike.  The rider got on perfect with the new bike and posted their best ever result.    Without this help, there is a chance they would not have ridden at all.

What a brilliant shop! I had a custom wheel set built for my 24 inch race cruiser. Scott and the gang really pulled it out the bag. Sourcing the parts i desired and built 2 incredible wheels. I really cant recommend them enough! Outstanding service and workmanship.

I went direct to the shop to buy a BMX. I found all the staff to be friendly. Mike was super patient, helpful and as a rider himself, gave me some sound advice. Thanks Mike : I just put in a second order and will be back again for parts in the future.

The Crucial BMX team have been superb over the past few weeks and gone the extra mile and some. Customer care is great, many businesses could learn a lot from this team. I will be coming back.

great customer service. however parts are ridiculously overpriced for what they are. Cheapest replacements for certain things were double the price of what they should be. Like with many parts in BMX, some things are branded as being top of the line, when really you are paying for a very cheap and flimsy part which is prone to breaking quickly. none of this is crucial's fault but my point still stands that the prices are just way too high.

Fantastic people! The other day I bought some tyres and inner tubes, but apparently they weren't the right combination so the next morning, before sending the order, a staff member called just to make sure it was what I wanted/needed!  Yesterday, ordered some handlebars and then I carried on working on the bike, removing the cranks. As I was changing them I thought the whole bottom bracket could do with changing so I called them to see if they could add them in for next day delivery, they did AND didn't charge extra for the shipping.  Great people all around and definitely recommend them, specially if like me you're an hour away from the nearest BMX shop.

Best people to build a custom BMX, with great stock and a brilliant ethos. These guys are amazing, every aspect of the company is perfect, and this is reflected in the enthusiasm of the staff.  The build they have put together for our 10 year old boy is fantastic, the whole process has been an absolute joy. Thankyou Crucial BMX.

Ordered a complete bespoke wheel set from Crucial for my son's racing BMX.  Crucial were very helpful and gave sound advise on the most suitable parts for the build. To say my son is happy with the wheels would be an understatement, they looked even better than expected and haven't failed to impress when it comes to performance.  Communication with the guys at crucial was top notch throughout and the wheels were delivered exactly when they promised.  They even offer a free first wheel service for once the spokes have 'bedded in'.  Thanks Crucial for such an impressive service, we will be using you again!
