Highly recommended. Genuinely friendly, customer centric experience. The staff are very knowledgable people (I spoke to Steve, Olly and Neil) on a couple of visits), keen to share all manner of tips and advice about cycling of all disciplines. Unfortunately the bike I wanted had been discontinued for sale in the UK (Cannondale Slate) and I ended up ordering it from Italy, but the Mud Dock staff assisted me in considering all other options even though I made it clear that I was probably going to choose an import option. The manager Neil, even let me take a spin on his bike (an earlier model of the one I wanted) and talked me through his experience of owning one. At no time did I feel pressured to buy and they were very patient with addressing my every question and assisting me in my research. I will be using Mud Dock for all future parts, accessories and servicing. Thank you.

Good friendly service and very helpful even when I’ve just walked in off the street asking for advice with my bike.

Bought my Specialized mountain bike in for them to look at as chain was slipping. first they said cant take it as they had too much work on. Then they came out with a massive £350 repair bill to do it! saying it needing lots replacing. Rubbish. I sorted it out myself...for nothing I,m aware some some companies will will use this tactic. Not nice. bike had only been used lightly. notice they positive reviews get more stars....hmm interesting

Mud Dock Cycleworks gave me top advice on reaplacing two broken spokes in my rear wheel, they even had the parts I needed on the shelf (which is unusual for a high end 26” wheel these days). Not only where they cheaper than I expected, the helpfulness of staff for what was essentially a very small job for them was really refreshing! Thanks for your help :)
