Took a month to get the part needed to fix my bike, but can't fault the staff. They worked really hard chasing it and trying to get it done ASAP, especially Jacob. The morning it came in he fixed it straight away. They did really well keeping me updated and were very apologetic about the time it took. Fitted the part under warranty too to knock some money off the repair for me. The bike was good as new when I picked it up so they'd clearly cleaned it up a treat as well as repairing it.
I needed a replacement battery for my car urgently, and only needed to wait 10 mins to have it fitted. The mechanic was very friendly and helpful, as were the in-store staff.
Had the misfortune of my car not starting this morning, due to an old battery however upon the arrival at Halford with the help of Shaun this was quickly resolved. He was very pleasant to deal with, a friendly, kind, well-mannered bloke. He has the perfect attitude for the job and is a credit to your company. He goes above and beyond with assisting people. Cheers again
We recently bought a bike from Halfords for my wife, and Matt was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable — made the experience really smooth and enjoyable. Big thanks to Matt for his support!
What a team! Stunning work done to my bike by 3 wild animals! Incredible chat. Jokes turn around and all round epic feels wheeling out of the shop. Legends.
