Wow! Very happy with my e-bike since Paul repaired the faulty control unit and gave it a complete service. It's like new again; I don't think I had realised how much it had been lacking until riding it after Paul had worked his magic, even the walk assist function is back. Fab communication too, always giving me updates and options about the repair and service. Would very much recommend.
My friends and I bought bikes from Atmosphere bike shop and we have had a great experience with our bikes as they prove to make our transport lives much more efficient when saving money, time, and keeping fit. Also, I personally have to thank Alistair, the bike shop owner, for the friendly and efficient service he and his team have been providing me over the last nine years since I got my first electric bike there. Having his quick response every time my bike needed service, have made me feel cared and safer on the road and enjoy my bike at most. I definitely recommend getting your bike there as there will always be a friendly and efficient support to make you enjoy your ride.

Brilliant company - professional, always super helpful and very understanding and go the extra mile when i have needed to take bike in for repairs or issues. Can not recommend enough. I would give 10 stars if there was an option. Once again this company has saved my day! Had an issue with my bike battery just as i was about to take it on holiday and they sorted me a solution super quick so was able to get the next train! So helpful, understanding and go the extra mile to help!
I limped in with a cronky motor on my Kalkhoff, the chaps did a little check on it and told me what I needed to do, they were so helpful, honest and clear. Once I got the bike manufacturer to accept the fault, Atmosphere arranged it all, worked extra hard to get my seized motor out I mean, extra, the bolts were fubar'd and gave me my bike back all gleaming and fixed. Such a great team here, I'm very happy they've taken on Kalkhoff bikes. I'm very happy to recommend them.
Atmosphere Electric Bikes are the simply best. My wife's bike battery died just before we were due to go on a cycling holiday. Gordon was an absolute super . He processed Wisper warranty form and chased them so we could collect within 48 hours in time for our trip. Talk about going the extra mile! Can't Thank You enough. Fabulous Customer Service.
I have been well looked after by Atmosphere Bikes for the last 3 years. My first bike got me back on the road and I have used it daily for my commute to work. If I ever had a problem, the odd puncture, they quickly sorted it out and got me back on the road. I have just purchased a new e-bike from their extensive range and I am absolutely delighted with it so far. I can't believe how much the technology has improved since my first bike, the Kalkhoff eats Bristol hills and I go out looking for hills to climb. I now can't wait to get back to my morning commute when I can get back to work. I thoroughly recommend Atmosphere Bikes to anyone looking for an e-bike.
Fantastic service! Managed to squeeze me in last minute and find and fix my control panel failure very quickly. AND they sorted everything with my warranty with Whisper as I didn't originally purchase the bike with them. Lovely people and excellent results, very knowledgeable and understanding of the needs of an electric bike commuter
Bought my electric bike from Atmosphere 2 years ago and have had nothing but good experiences at my two services since. After sales help is great and I'm really pleased that I decided to use this shop as all has been a pleasant experience. Many thanks guys !! would always recommend.
I have loved everything about the experience of buying an electric bike from Atmosphere. Firstly the staff listened to my biking needs and explained which of the bikes would best meet my requirements and why, encouraged me to try all of these bikes and then try them again - just to be sure, saw to it that I was happy with my final decision and explained everything I needed to know about my bike. I have had my first service and again found the staff friendly and extremely helpful - attention to detail has been second to none. I love my electric bike - the Raleigh was absolutely the right choice for me and I know that I can rely on the at Atmosphere for all my future biking needs. A big thank you to them.
