Fantastic service and friendly staff. Serviced my bike and fitted a new crank arm he had out the back from a previous repair for FREE! I was shocked when I came to collect my bike and there was no charge. Definitely recommend, and it's the only local bike shop I'll use from now on. 10/10
Absolute legend! Fantastic bike mechanic and human! I was recommended cycle shack by a friend as I’d had a few nightmares with other mechanics who charged a lot for poor work. Well all I can say is I’m so stoked to have found this place and will always get my bike serviced here in future. He sorted out my issue and didn’t even charge me! Thank you so much and wish you all the best. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I took my bike today as the break pad had gone, and he charged me very fair price. Very friendly and helpful. Helped me with a bike light and made my saddle higher as I had it way too low! Will definitely return.
fantastic staff! I got to uni and realised I forgot my bike lock so quickly cycled here to buy one but they were all sold out of the cheaper locks no surprise!, thankfully they let me borrow a lock for the day. will definitely be back when I need anything bike related
Helped me with a new back wheel when my rear hub/freewheel gave out. A good price and same day service. Recommended.
No nonsense bike shop, cheap and straight to the point. Asked to get a bent tire tuned up, and they cautioned that they might not be able to do it this is normal and i expected it, but by god they tried their best and its so so so much straighter, not hitting the brakes and still riding on it now. The moment the spokes snap which they will im going to them to replace the wheel.
Lovely bike shop. Reasonable prices and helpful service and advice from the owner who has got me out of a couple of small pickles as a newly biking commuter. 10/10 recommend
Probably the best bike repair shop in Bristol. My go-to man!! Whatever the state of my bike it always gets fixed and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
My entire rear "derailleaur" had sheared off so that it and the "jockey wheel" were now positioned in between some spokes of the wheel, which I understand is a fairly untraditional arrangment. This made it challenging to cycle, so I took the thing in to Bristol Cycle Shack on the recommendation of a cycling friend. Not only did the Shack chap sort all of that out, but it looks to all intents and purposes that he has done a service on it- including rewrapping the handlebar grip for god's sake. I came in on a whim on a Sunday three weeks later without any notice and they were open to let me pick it up! The owner is a man patently passionate about his craft, who cares more about delivering an outstanding service than the compensation for said service. Thank you Bristol Cycle Shack.
Caleb is generous and proficient. It's good value service and aftercare. Bike hire looks good too but I've not used it. Recommended!
