BW Cycling combines the experience of a three times Olympic cyclist and a world champion triathlete to bring you a complete cycling experience, from bike selection, bike fitting, fitness assessments and regular servicing through to specialist talks, physiotherapy and personal training.

Specialists in road, triathlon and mountain bikes. Offering experienced independent advice and the best brands for all levels of rider, from beginner to elite.

BW Cycles is a fantastic outfit. I like to do my own basic mechanics on my family's 9 bikes. Occasionally, there's something technical like a wheel build or some full suspension jiggery pokery that I take to the BW workshop. I just had the pivot bearings replaced on my Santa Cruz 5010 and a couple of other bits and bobs. The bike feels like a brand new one! I'm delighted with the result and the service I received. Highly recommended.
Great service and went above and beyond to secure a part for the bikes. They enquired about what you used your bikes for, frequency and adjusted the appropriate service accordingly. Very competitive pricing, easy to pick up and drop your bikes off. Thanks guys.
BW deliver! Quietly and without fanfare but very efficiently. I needed a lightweight, robust bike to use for audax's and general club cycling, they suggested an Enigma. I chose an Etape and it is perfect, fits me beautifully and every ride is a pleasure. It was only three weeks from order to delivery, after sale customer care is excellent too. I have no hesitation in recommending BW to all.
Bought a Scott road bike from these folks last year and it was a really positive experience. They gave me an initial fit to check the frame size was right for me, then when my new bike was ready for collection they gave me the full bike fit, which resulted in a great riding position. They changed the stem to better fit my position rather than try to make it work with the stock stem. Finally I was able to finance the purchase over 12 months, which was quick and easy to do. All in all a friendly, helpful experience which gives me the confidence that my bike is right, and a year on it is still riding beautifully. Thank you!

Just bought my new Cervelo R3 from Oli and the team at BW cycling. From the moment I walked into the store I received great service, guidance and advice. The team helped me choose the right bike for me, my style of cycling and my budget they did a bike fit, recommended several bikes that would suit me and then fitted my chosen bike to get the right balance between comfort and performance. Pick up my Scott Scale 930 from BW cycles on the weekend. I was more than pleased with the service from all the staff, who were polite and professional. Recently had a bike fit here with Ollie. Worth every penny and couldn’t be happier with the changes made. I’ve been cycling most of my adult life but yet I learnt so much. Would highly recommend this service.
Amazing service here. Went in for a professional bike fit and was seen by Andy. The bike was configured entirely incorrectly on my behalf but now Andy has saved me no end of back pain and knee issues. Feels a lot better to ride. The bike fit is no quick and easy task but he made it really clear in describing why things needed to change and helped me with some physio too. Brilliant place! Thanks, Jonny
Finally a cycle shop where they know what they are talking about and go out of their way to help you choose the right equipment. Great customer service!!! Travelled from Cardiff and will be going here for everything bike related in future. Can't wait to pick up my new road bike.
