Amazing.. Been hunting for a weird sized replacement bolt for a seat post for two weeks in every bike shop in Bristol. The guy identified it before it left my hand and found a replacement in seconds. I brought my bike here a few times and I found the service to be honest and straightforward. When I needed to replace a wheel, they had a variety of options and prices, and I got to choose the right one for me. It's not cheap but reasonably priced and much more helpful than anywhere else I've found in Bristol.

Needed a seat post urgently, no other bike shops in the area were helpful at all, the guy in this place however, gave me all the help I needed and was also very friendly and went out of his way to make sure I was happy, . 🤩👍
