Absolutely brilliant. I went in to test ride a Raleigh Criterium a few days ago and was offered lots of helpful advice. I've now bought the bike and cycled it home today and found the staff very helpful. One of the staff told me to come back if I ever have any questions no matter how small and was very very helpful. Cannot recommend enough as I was provided with little to no advice from other bike shops in Bristol.
Steer clear of this shop. I left one star only because it's not possible to leave no stars I had some new breaks fitted to my mountain bike - £100 including fitting. One of the bolts attaching it to the forks came out when I was riding off road. Luckily I was going really slowly when the break jammed into my wheel. The guy who fitted it suggested it was my fault and I should check whether the bolts are done up every time I use my bike. I strongly recommend using anywhere but here for your bike.
Bought my bike from here and they've been wonderful ever since. Always helping straight away with any question or if my bike is needing a service. Amazing price too!
Rude and dismissive. I asked him to take a look at the derailleur on my e-bike as it's sticking and misaligned but he wouldn't even consider it because of the hub. I asked him if that made it more difficult but he said he just wouldn't touch it. I can sort of understand not wanting to deal with e-bikes, although I fail to see how the derailleur is different, but this guy undoubtedly thinks that "straight talking" is an excuse for being objectionable.
Bought my Cannondale from them, excellent service. Also had my Giant serviced by them with new tyres fitted, great service at a very good price.
Staff helped me out with an emergency flat no charge! Very kind and helpfull.
Outdated overpriced bikes. Didn't stock a very standard bike part.
Terrible customer service. If you need something for now must wait for everythin. Setback
Always very helpful!
Friendly and helpful staff
