I've bought a number of bikes from evans over the years. They are good in the sale and have a massive stock, especially online and that's probably it really. I've only ever used the free service and only once as it was pretty poor. There are often massive queues and I don't think I've ever been impressed with their knowledge and sales. Buy the bike and get it serviced elsewhere (I wouldn't even use the free one, liable to end up with problems!)

Suler slow service - there was a guy putting together an order at the till? Surely asking customers to shop first and then come to the tilll makes more sense? Soooo slow

Elliot is a dude. My mate and I rode to an event in Bristol and had a hard day's riding. We needed new waterproof bits and bobs and afew rare bolts (apparently) for my shoe cleats. We visited afew bike shops that day and found most to not be very helpful at all. Elliot made our day and ride home a whole lot easier. Five stars. 👍

Although slightly understaffed (not their fault) I had a fantastic experience buying a bike from them this week. Despite being busy the service was amazing and no question was too big or small. They talked me through everything to make sure I went away happy. I spent months looking at bikes online and am so glad I went into store in the end as the service was tiptop 🙌
