Had gear cables replaced along with many other little things, turns out my bike wasn't in a good state. Really helpful and friendly service, and was no problem when I needed the gears realigned as they hadn't quite settled properly. Definitely coming back in the future, very knowledgeable, efficient and reasonable price!

Awesome guy! Have used quite a few times and couldn't recommend highly enough. Does a great job on any repairs/ services but you also gives some great advice. Brilliant value and great workmanship. If you're looking for someone reliable, good value and really well priced, this is where to go!

A great bike shop in the heart of Bristol with a no nonsense approach to getting what the customer needs. I've had experience with this shop on 3 separate occasions. Firstly, I snapped a chain a few years ago in the centre of Bristol, the owner noticed and gave me a free quick link as long as I promised to pay it forward in the future so I could get to college; also had a threaded bottom bracket replaced and then today I bought a 10 speed chain which was cheaper than online stores and other local shops. All in all a very honest and capable shop which will be able to solve all your cycling needs

Had a pretty bad crash, needed parts, fitting and servicing. Was right at the low end of the guide price, talked me through all of the work done, and invited me to come back if any minor tweaks need to be made. Top quality service, top knowledge. Bike rides smoother than before I crashed!! Will be recommending to anyone that needs any work doing.

Great shop! Brilliant service. Repaired my bike a few times and each time the service has been amazing. Price is very good as well. Absolutely recommend it.

After going around town to what felt like all the bike shops in Bristol and getting loads of different prices and "we are fully booked until next week" I arrived at Chaos Cycles. They are super friendly, quick, decent people and well priced. I've recommend them to my friends and I would also recommend them to anyone else who needs any bike repairs. Cheers guys.

I recently shipped my bike over to England from the USA and needed to get it put back together. After contacting several other bike shops around Bristol, I decided to go with Chaos Cycles as they offered me an incredibly reasonable price a third of what some other shops were asking for and a same day service.  My bike was back together and ready to go within 4 hours when other shops were quoting me between 1 and 2 weeks just to re-attach my front tire, handlebars and rear derailer. Colin was friendly and helpful, and even greased my seat post at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this place.

When the chain snapped on my bike I tried four other bike repair shops in the area. At all of them I was met with a generally disinterested and unhelpful attitude and over a weeks wait. I was so glad I stumbled on chaos cycles. They were so polite, knowledgeable and helpful. My bike was ready within an hour for a very reasonable price. I can't recommend highly enough

I won't let anyone else touch any of my bikes again.  My bike had some changes paid for by some friends and done by another mechanic - I knew at the time it didn't feel right.  Chaos have looked after my bikes for years, and not happy with the work from someone else, I brought it back to Anders.  With unbelievable speed and great personal service my bike is better than it has ever been.  They had every right to be smug, but I was treated like gold - don't make the same mistake I did.

Amazing service! Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need... In fact dissuaded me from spending money... Incredibly reasonably priced... My new go to bike mechanic... Lovely guy!
