Henrietta Hotel is the first London-based hotel from the collective behind Experimental Group. Partners Romée de Goriainoff, Pierre-Charles Cros, Olivier Bon and Xavier Padovani have watched Covent Garden grow into an area with some of London’s best restaurants, award-winning bars, theatres and cinemas. Henrietta Hotel & Restaurant joins the fold with a new boutique hotel and restaurant led by Michelin starred chef Ollie Dabbous.
