Dear Sir or Madam,  My stay at your hotel was simply fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed the five days and was able to relax completely. Everything went smoothly, from check-in to the daily services.  A special thanks goes to Steven, who made the stay even more enjoyable with his friendly and attentive nature. He was truly the best! Thanks to him, I felt completely at home.  I will definitely return and can highly recommend your hotel.

Perfect location to get around zlondon, and even better if going to a gig at Royal Albert Hall, as within easy walking distance. Check-in was straightforward,  friendly service, and was given an upgrade onto the top floor with the sights of London. Bar service was very slow upon return from concert, but this was near midnight, so maybe new staff and short of. Overall, it was a good stay and a good place to stay

I booked a 6-night stay at the Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington from 21/10/2024 to 26/10/2024, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. On 24/10/2024 at 10 AM, I was shocked to be woken up by loud construction noises coming from the next room. After a long night of meetings, I had just returned to my room at 9 AM, hoping for some much-needed sleep. To my disbelief, the hotel failed to inform me beforehand that construction would be taking place.  I attempted to call the reception multiple times, both from the room telephone and my mobile, but no one bothered to answer. Frustrated, I then called room service, and they assured me they would address the issue. However, they completely ignored me, and the noise persisted, making it impossible to rest.  Out of sheer exhaustion, I went down to the reception in person, expecting it to be extremely busy, which might explain their lack of response. To my surprise, I found three staff members casually chatting with each other, clearly not busy at all. When I asked to speak to the manager, they seemed indifferent and acted as if my complaint was an inconvenience. Eventually, one of them went inside to speak to the manager and returned, offering me a lower-class room on another floor, which felt like a “take it or leave it” situation. The attitude was dismissive, and the solution offered was completely inadequate. Moving my belongings would take significant time, and the alternative room was not appealing either.  I decided to remain in my original room, but the lack of professionalism and the overall indifference of the staff left me with a very negative impression. I have attached a video to show the situation.  I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The poor communication, the disregard for guests’ comfort, and the staff’s unhelpful attitude are completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

I stayed in the hotel this Sunday.  The room was spotless and the view was lovely in the night. Reception team was very friendly and bubbly. I really liked the centrally controlled lights switches so I didn't have to keep moving around the room switching off lights.  The views were nice, I was surprised to see the London eye didn't think it was close.  The hotel is so close to the station so its easy to travel around. I also loved that it was so close to Kensington Palace.  Rooms: Very clean, spacious and good views  Nearby activities: Very close to Kensington Palace and Royal Albert hall  Safety: Safe  Food & drinks: Mixture of luxury and mid range restaurants and café in the area.  Noteworthy details: Loved the water filter which encouraged me to drink water and keep filling my plastic bottle instead of buying so many and disposing them.

Nice hotel. Great staff as Mrs Sanyutha, a very polite and helpful lady in the front desk. Good breakfast crowded but the staff manage very well to run everything smoothly. Very good location stories, transportation and some museumsRooms: 4/5

Location was great, close to restaurants and shops. Staff were incredibly lovely and friendly.  The rooms were very dated and in need of a massive refresh. We stayed on the 'quiet' side of level 2. Room was falling apart, thick dust in the corner where the exposed pipe was and the pillows were so thin, we may as well not of had them!  Not sure if the upgraded rooms are cleaner and more comfortable as we were in the standard room  Cannot fault the location

I stayed here for 5days and experience was awesome. Specially the front office and concierge staffs were very good. I met Miss Afshan and Miss Prasanna in reception. They were very helpful and good human beings. The only thing I just want to add there should be a separate bathing console addition to the bathtub .  Another thing I want to mention Mr Nicholas ,Mr Osman and other staffs in the concierge are also brilliant,helpful and kind. Enjoyed the stay...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had booked a room here for my husband and I to stay for 8 days while we worked and house hunted from the states. The rooms look nothing like the photos- they felt dirty and falling apart. The carpet was gross and damp and bed was so uncomfortable it felt like there was a metal rod in the mattress. What is worse is that as soon as we checked in and went up to the room I came straight back down to inform the desk that the room would not be suitable for our 8 day trip. I was informed at the time from the manager that if I called my booking agent and had them send an email we could check out early. My booking agent sent the email and the hotel denied ever receiving it which was a lie. On top of this, the management changed the policy and said I would not be able to check out early. They then proceeded to avoid and even run away from me when I approached them. When I finally got my booking agent on the phone with them, they were incredibly rude to him as well. I eventually just left because I could not handle another moment in the establishment. Terrible customer experience.

The plate used to serve the food has a very strong fishy smell.  The lights in the room often the power is out when I'm not sleeping and  it opened itself 3 times in the middle of the night while I was sleeping.  I reported it to the reception but I don't think they will fix it because it keeps happening on the next  nights so bad experience hotel  The picture in my post is of me asking for a blanket and soap because the shower gel was not replenished.
