The doormen and all the staff are incredibly attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels special. The people and the service was outstanding! The restaurants for afternoon tea and dinner were excellent! 1st class experience. Kensington was a little less busy than downtown London which was nice, but still only a short bus or train ride away. Highly recommend!Rooms: 5/5

Wonderful experience at the Milestone hotel for afternoon tea. We found the staff extremely welcoming and attentive and the afternoon tea was exceptional. The scones are prepared freshly and the pastries were delicious. Thank you for making this a memorable experience.Rooms: 5/5
Rumain at the front desk, all the wait staff in the breakfast rooms, and concierge, were beyond hospitable. Any question we had they happily answered, and went above and beyond finding any solution. The breakfast was extraordinary, only second to the service. My expectations were surpassed, an absolute must to stay when visiting. We will definitely be booking there always!
Visited years ago w my daughter. They were so accommodating, greeting us w champagne and Shirley cocktail. Breakfast was top notch. The rooms were great, and we loved the little bar downstairs. Perfect quaint and quiet spot in the middle of Kensington. Def more couple oriented but just me and my 8 yo. They were still so welcoming.Rooms: 5/5
Unforgettable! Beautiful place, with a lot of character and old time charm. Special attention to small details make the difference, like welcome drink of our choice at the stable bar, home made cookies at the room or the lighting candle near the bathtub every evening. Cleaning service was excellent. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast , served with style. Facing the Kensington palace gardens and very close to Victoria and Albert museum or the Harrods. The hotel's location in Kensington is ideal for exploring London and the English breakfast served was simply amazing. I also want to express my gratitude for the thoughtful gestures left in my room each evening. Charming hotel with excellent service and a real British, high-end experience. The staff are very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The food is high quality and traditional. Our picnic in the park was a dream come true. Rooms: Cozy rooms with chic design. Decent sized bathroom. Feels tucked away in a quiet, private space. Walkability: Easy access to Hyde Park and Kensington High Street. Food & drinks: High quality traditional British cuisine. English tea and interesting cocktails.
