I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Garden Hotel in a Royal Deluxe Studio, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
A special shoutout to Ana Bacci, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. She was attentive, professional, and made sure every aspect of my experience was perfect. Her warm and welcoming demeanor truly made me feel at home.
Overall, I highly recommend the Royal Garden Hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay. I'll certainly be returning for future visits!
I booked a room for parents here for 5 nights. My parents were a bit unwell at the time so it was very important they were looked after and didn’t regret their visit to London. Initially there was big confusion with the type of room we had booked, which later was put down to a new staff member. Later after 2 days the situation was rectified. The front desk staff particularly a polish man I can’t recall his name really helped to make this a memorable stay for my parents. They were truly looked after all the time. I loved it, I feel like they understood me and did exactly what I asked for after the initial hiccup. They even booked tables for breakfast because my parents were unable to queue.. The level of customer service and views are the two factors that really stand this hotel out in London.
Had a wonderful stay here! From the moment we arrived the staff treated us like royalty! The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Perfect location and the food in the Chinese, breakfast and dinner was one of the best meals I have ever had! Perfect location for exploring London!Rooms: 5/5
Royal Garden Hotel boasts a prime location near Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. Guests appreciate the spacious, clean rooms and the lively atmosphere with a bustling piano bar. However, opinions are mixed on noise levels and value for money. Some mention excellent service and pristine bathrooms, while others find it noisy and pricey. Overall, it's a decent choice for its location and amenities, but manage your expectations on value and potential noise. I would like to share my negative experience with the hotel I recently stayed at. When making my reservation, I clearly specified several special requests regarding my stay, such as a quiet room on a higher floor and extra pillows. Additionally, I made a special request to have the room prepared for a celebration of a significant occasion. I was promised that the room would be decorated accordingly, but unfortunately, upon my arrival, none of these requests were fulfilled. The room was not on the floor I had requested, and it faced a noise source that made it difficult for me to relax or sleep. Even worse, none of the promised celebratory arrangements were made, which caused me great disappointment, especially since this occasion was very important to me. Despite my numerous attempts to contact customer service and have the situation rectified, I did not receive a satisfactory or timely response from the hotel staff. To make matters worse, during my stay, customer service stopped responding to my calls altogether. This situation caused me significant frustration and negatively impacted the quality of my stay. I expected a better level of service that matched the hotel's reputation, but what I experienced was far from it. I hope the hotel can improve its service quality and fulfill guests' requests in a manner that meets the expectations set when choosing this establishment.
Unfortunately this hotel doesn’t show a respect for the customer I should check in at 3 but they delayed my check in for more than 4 hours from the time I arrived!! That was unacceptable & I spoke with the manager she didn’t do anything to make up for us! Also I asked to change the room but she send the housekeeping to make my twin bed as a king bed , she opened the door while I’m inside without my permission!!! This is was the worst experience in a hotel I ever had. So, because of their service I don’t recommend it.
Had the pleasure to dine at origins restaurant ,special treat,it was our anniversary and belated birthday. My brother in law and sister in law joined us. We had the most amazing time, food drink and the very attentive staff. You have just got to try this restaurant when in London . Safety: It really is safe leave your bags and coat at the table, the staff will keep it safe. Walkability: Easy access to tube or buses. Food & drinks: The head sommelier paired our food and wine perfectly.
I don't know if our window was broken or what but it was so loud in our room, we could hear every conversation on the street and all the drunks in the middle of the night. Hotel was clean and pretty. The doorman was friendly and helpful. The park and palace were so beautiful and the best part of the stayRooms: 3/5
I checked in yesterday, and im staying here for 5 nights.. the room is facing the main rd and it is VERY noisy, i woke up at 2 am i thought that i left the windows open. When i checked in they confirmed that the room has double glass to reduce the noise, unfortunately that is not correct. If you are checking in soon, make sure not to accept rooms facing Kensington street. Thankfully, they have changed the room to the other side of the hotel.
great location. rooms are large and well appointed. mine had a raised floor feel that made the room interesting and feel bigger. the gym is a bit tired. breakfast was great, with a few SE asian dishes including the bi kut teh pork rib soup was a nice touch.Rooms: 5/5
